These steps solve the most common Tysh setup and account questions.

App blocking is not working

Check that Screen Time permissions are enabled for Tysh, then restart the app. If iOS was recently updated, toggling permissions off and back on can help reconnect Screen Time services.

A schedule or focus session feels stuck

Open Tysh and review active blocks, schedules, and protection settings. If a block should have ended, reopen the app once so Tysh can refresh its Screen Time state.

Subscription or billing questions

Subscriptions are managed by Apple through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel a plan in your device settings. For refund requests, Apple handles the request flow.

Privacy and data

Detailed Screen Time activity is designed to stay on your device. If you need help with privacy, sync, or deletion, email us and include the Apple ID email or Tysh account email you use.

Before you email

A few details help us reproduce the issue and answer faster.

  • The device model and iOS version you are using.
  • What you expected Tysh to do.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your Tysh account and cloud sync data by emailing support. Include the email address connected to your Tysh account so we can locate it.
